GYMNASTIC SKILL WORK
3 rounds of:
10 Strict pull-ups
5 HSPU (Strict if possible)
*Rest 1 minute between each round

WOD
For time:
100 Lateral Jumps
5RFT:
10 KBS (32kg/24kg)
20 T2B
Then:
100 Lateral Jumps

Scale as needed.
